[内容简介]
The authors of this book, both researchers at Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (French National School of Civil Aviation), present their research activities from the past 15 years, focusing on the subject of air transportation, more particularly within the framework of mathematical optimization.
The issue of the reduction of airspace congestion is a major focus, a current problem in Western Europe, the United States and throughout Asia. They address real problems from the operational domain, which is particularly useful as the characteristics of these problems are always complex and thus represent a challenge with an applied purpose.
